A new study published by the peer-reviewed medical journal JCO Oncology Practice inaugurally validates AccessHope's clinical impact on lung cancer cases from April 2019 to November 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). The findings show that our cancer specialists provided recommendations to influence 92.7% of cases. Accompanying the clinical benefits was an average of $19K in savings per patient.

Sr. Vice President, Growth & Channel Partners
Sue joined AccessHope in 2019 on a personal mission to improve people’s health, well-being, and experience in navigating the healthcare ecosystem. She leverages more than 30 years of diverse healthcare industry experience to drive business growth for AccessHope’s innovative cancer support services program. She’s responsible for driving trusted partnerships directly with employers, consultants, and channel partners to bridge the knowledge gap and enhance cancer care across the country.
Prior to her work at AccessHope, Sue held executive consulting roles with Aon and Mercer, and drove national employer well-being strategies for StayWell.
Sue earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdepartmental Communications, with a focus on health and business, from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Fun fact: Growing up, Sue wanted to be Barbara Walters.
Vice President, Sales Channel Partners
Brian leads AccessHope’s channel sales across the United States with a focus on health plans, third-party administrators, and strategic collaborations. Leveraging nearly 15 years of experience in creating mutually successful partnerships and scalable growth for companies in the healthcare and benefits industry, he increases access to leading cancer expertise through AccessHope’s integrated solutions for employers of any size.
Fun fact: Growing up, Brian wanted to be a professional soccer player.
Sr. Manager, Growth & Channel Partners
With over 10 years of experience in healthcare industry sales, Sandy is an integral part of the team as senior account manager. She is responsible for supporting and nurturing each of AccessHope’s unique channel partner relationships. Additionally, she leverages her passion for technology to contribute and distinguish AccessHope with employers, consultants, and brokers.
Previously, Sandy held business development and regional sales executive roles at Kaiser Permanente and was the health care specialist and sales director at 1 To 1 Enrollment.
Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity management and policy with an emphasis on cyber/computer forensics and counterterrorism from the University of Maryland.
Fun fact: As a child and native New Yorker, Sandy dreamed of DJing at Studio 54.
Sr. Director, Implementation
Tracy is the senior director of implementations at AccessHope and leads a team that supports internal and external stakeholders as part of our project management office. She is an ADKAR, PMP, CSM, and SSGB-certified project professional with over 10 years of experience creating valuable solutions for a variety of clients, with happy and cohesive teams.
Prior to AccessHope, she held management roles at Stanford Health Care which led the implementation of leading-edge operating rooms for a new Stanford University hospital. Additionally, she gained a vast range of healthcare experience at Omnicell, Cardinal Health, Legacy Health, and PeaceHealth.
Tracy earned a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in health care administration from Oregon Health and Science University, and a dual bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in general science and economics from the University of Oregon.
Fun fact: Growing up, Tracy dreamed of being a paleontologist with a side hustle as a hairstylist.
Sr. Implementation Manager
Asad joined AccessHope with over 13 years of experience in project management and process improvement. As senior implementation manager, he leads strategic implementations of cancer support programs for clients and channel partners. client-facing cancer support programs, channel partnerships, and strategic implementations for rapidly growing cancer support services.
Prior to AccessHope, he led strategic initiatives for large hospital systems at Providence and City of Hope, including six and a half years leading EMR systems integration for multi-specialty physician groups across the country.
Asad earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of California Riverside, and later received his master's in health information management and technology at Claremont Graduate University.
Fun fact: Asad wanted to be an actor growing up.
Sr. Implementation Manager
Ty is the enterprise project management office senior project manager serving as lead on channel partner implementations at AccessHope. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ty managed the implementations of many systems used to provide the best care possible. He has implemented general financial software solutions in hospitals and installed a point-of-use system utilized in hospitals across the United States, Canada, and Germany. Most recently, Ty managed the application of a nurse call system within healthcare facilities in the West.
Previously, Ty held management roles at Hill-Rom, Omnicell, Mckesson and more.
Ty earned a bachelor of science degree in personnel and industry relations with a minor in economics from Utah State University and is PMP certified from the Project Management Institute.
Director, Client Excellence
Brenda brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic account management, implementation, and operations within the health and wellness industry to her role at AccessHope.
Most recently, she led implementations for Artemis Health, partnering with large employers and consultants. Previously, she worked at Healthyroads and Limeade, leading their account management and operations teams, while directly overseeing client relationships with enterprise employers and channel partners.
Brenda earned her Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, both from University of California, Davis.
Fun fact: Growing up, Brenda wanted to be either a Cub Scout den mother, quantum physicist, or a psychonueroimmunologist.
Director, Client Excellence
With his diverse background in health plans and employee benefits, Sean is the Director of Client Excellence, supporting employer groups by developing targeted strategies to drive improved health outcomes for their employees.
Prior to AccessHope, Sean served as an account executive at Tivity Health, where he supported national health plans in gap closure and quality improvement measures for Medicare and Medicaid recipients through supplemental benefits offerings.
Sean earned his bachelor's of human kinetics from the University of British Columbia and spent 10 years in the health and wellness industry working in geriatric rehabilitation as a clinical exercise physiologist, overseeing employee well-being programs.
Fun fact: Growing up, Sean wanted to be a professional soccer player with Manchester United.
